Montserrat Delegates Shine at 19th Regional Youth Parliament in Jamaica

The Montserrat Legislative Assembly congratulates Mr Barrington Chalmers and Ms Keirra Daley on their participation in the 19th Regional Youth Parliament in Jamaica, where they represented Montserrat with distinction.
