The Honourable Speaker of the Montserrat Legislative Assembly, Mrs. Marjorie Smith, is currently attending the fourth Commons and Overseas Territories Speakers’ Conference 2025 in London, accompanied by Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, Dr. Judith Baker.
