Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified persons who wish to be considered to serve on the Complaints Commission. The ppointment will be for a period of two (2) to four (4) years.
The successful candidate will be selected following an assessment based on the eligibility criteria outlined below. The Commission is required to operate in accordance with the specifications of the Montserrat Constitution Order 2010 and the Complaints Commission Act (Chapter 6.20) of the Revised Laws of Montserrat).
